Moving On Up

Around 1973 the family moved out to a nice area called Sand Lake and we built a home by a beautiful pond where I did the usual stuff and even raised some geese. They had great eggs, mowed and fertilized the lawn for us, and even attacked the neighbors. Life was good. I had the usual teenage troubles and oddly, my life was to be much improved by the parents divorce for the reason that my dad moved back to Juneau in Southeast Alaska. A truly magical place indeed. I began to visit him in the summers and began my boating and photography career.
